Melanie Rance

THE NEXT RANCE GENERATION

Melanie did her schooling at Annangrove Public School from 2002 to 2008. She was school captain in 2008 which gave her, her first taste of leadership + responsibility. Melanie then progressed to high school at Rouse Hill High School from 2009 to 2015. During her later high school years, year 10 to year 12, she worked at Rance Property on Saturdays, as our front desk girl, responsible for answering of phones, filing, printing contracts, organising files, helping sales people prepare for their Saturday open homes, and general office duties.

Melanie's first full time job was in an office of a home loan broker in Bella Vista. Her duties included liaising with clients, banks, valuers etc, preparing applications for home loans and submitting them to the bank, following up approval and settlement process. This was invaluable, as it taught Melanie, what was involved, behind the scenes, of purchasing a property.

Melanie joined Rance Property full time in 2017. Her position of Sales Support is to assist sales agents in all facets of the selling process. She prepares open home brochures, carries out pest & building inspections once a property has gone under contract, meets with valuers, attends final inspections etc.

She attends many market appraisals with her father Scott, and is quickly gaining much needed knowledge to progress to a sales agent in her own right.

Melanie has studied and now holds a NSW Real Estate License. This allows her to carry out most activities, that an agent performs, in their day to day job.

Melanie's hope, is to one day be the next generation of Rance Property's successful sales agents, and to one day, run Rance Property, as a director. Watch this space..
